Speed too slow also ssh port blocked

When http custom is connected , i cant access my vps via ssh (terminus)

Also internet speed is too slow the issue has nothing about my network i have a good network connection also tried other configs eork just fine

the other connection u try is udp method or ssh, v2ray or something ?
