Show notes missing from mobile site #57

After listening to the show for a few weeks and being frustrated from day 1 about how I couldn't find show notes on nodeup.com (always on my phone), I finally visited it again - this time from my laptop. Imagine my surprise when the site looked entirely different!
IMO, a simple enough "fix" would be simply to stop serving a separate mobile site, and serve the desktop site instead. Neither site are easy to read on a mobile device, so might as well serve the one with the most functionality!
I'm not entirely sure if I'm logging this issue in the right spot, but based on the precedent from #24 and #28 I figure this is as good as any :)
