Busco completeness missing genes

Hi,

first of all thanks for the great tool. Is it somehow possible to get a list of the genes identified as missing by busco and also the list of orthologs used to assess the completnes?

At what step are you interested in this? The train and predict steps use busco models for a few different reasons. At the end of training and predict, we are using a phylum level lineage for buscolite because we are just running a very quick assessment. And then the annotate module assigns them to the final gene predictions (proteins) but this will use the most specific busco lineage it can find, ie contains the most models and is most relevant for the organism based on its taxonomy. What would you use this info for?
