Link to Microsoft C++ redistributable is broken

On the install page, under Install from Package-Windows-Pre-built archive, the link to Visual Studio 2015 C++ redistributable is a 404.

I downloaded the latest redistributable from here, because the 2015 version is listed as unsupported by microsoft.

because microsoft keeps breaking their gd URLs ...

anyway, thanks for the note. will need to update https://github.com/neovim/neovim/blob/master/INSTALL.md#pre-built-archives
