Add Quake 3 Query Support

We need to add support for Quake 3 in our query program.

This should allow us to track games such as the following.

• Call of Duty 4
• Quake 3 Arena
• & More!

Completed! I've added and tested Call of Duty 4 servers. I will be adding more games that support Quake 3 querying later on.
