Support player.vimeo.com URLS properly

Firstly the string compare for ://vimeo.com/ isn't going to hit player.vimeo.com but then we don't check for player.vimeo.com in the textarea regex anyway.

The text field regex does have player.vimeo.com in so we should see if we can get that to work properly for both cases.
