We had a question about some of the features that are mentioned as not available.

As you can see this is the list of the features that is mentioned in the site:

For example, we want to Setup the CoE Starter Kit for the first time in China, and while installing the CoE Kit, at the beginning it will ask to create the connections as these:

But since these connectors are not available, then how we will be able to setup the CoE kit for the first time?

Hello. Thanks for posting. I will assign to Grant who owns communication with the product organization.

Grant please track the kits required connections and the China cloud. When ready I can do the work to make the kit's setup work for them too.

We wanted to update you and say that we tried to install the CoE Starter Kit in China, but we see that we cannot create the Power Query and also Teams connections as these connectors are not available there.
Is there any way to install the CoE Starter Kit bypassing these dependencies? Could you help with that?

There is no way to install the kit without these dependencies, no.

Could we ask then, is there any way to receive the version of the solution without these dependencies, meaning they are removed in the solutions? As, for example, for the new September upgrade we noticed that the Power Platform admin V2 connector is removed. So maybe there is a way to receive the version without these two connectors that becomes as a dependency, so that we can install the coe kit?

Unfortunately not. The Power Platform admin V2 connector is used in only two places and they were easy to remove. We are not using the connector anywhere else until the issue is resolved.

The teams connector is used throughout the kit and removing it would be quite time consuming.
