Cortana sample: ARM sample does not function due to Cortana issue. #34

Workstation: Z440 (multi-monitor)
Phone: 950 running rs2 release
Open Cortana sample instructions.
Follow directions to add .xml file.
Build/run Cortana sample.
Deploy to 950 device.
Run sample script for cortana intelligent agent.
Expected:
Cortana brings up the sample.
Actual:
Cortana cuts off the 'Cortana' word and cannot match the sample.
This appears to be an ARM/phone limitation of Cortana rather than a bug with the code in question.
