Enable ability to define keywords and level when performing sdnnetshtrace #441
Description
Right now we currently default to level 4, which is the following:
Critical
Error
Warning
Information
In some instances, we need more advanced logging, such as Verbose. Due to the high overhead to always capture verbose, do not want to do this for everything nor every time.
Need ability to expose the -Level and -Keywords property that allows manual override.
