Bug: MicroShift tries to pull debug pod image from Red Hat

Not a big issue, but if you try to start a debug pod on MicroShift it tries to pull the image from the Red Hat Registry.
Version: bootc 4.20

I believe this comes from oc, not microshift itself. I think it's overridable but we need to find an alternative image.

I tried the following and it seems to work.

# rpm -q microshift

# oc get pods -A | grep topolvm-node

# oc debug -n topolvm-system pod/topolvm-node-dkbrd

Use 'oc describe pod/topolvm-node-dkbrd-debug-vk9ks -n topolvm-system' to see all of the containers in this pod.

I actually did it from the OKD console, that I installed on MicroShift. I actually didn't think about it could be defined in the console it self. Regarding image to use... I tested replacing the Red Hat image with this quay.io/centos/centos:stream8 in the pods yaml, and that worked.
