As a staff member, I need to have a lean canvas and a short description so I can align my understanding of bucoli.co.

The main goal of this Sprint is to align what bucoli.co is. The main tools we decided to use is a lean canvas and a short description (800 characters maximum).

We agreed that each one of us would create a lean canvas alone, and then we align on the meeting.

I'll send the model and instructions on how to fill it today by the end of the day.

I propose to have the meeting on Monday between 15:00 and 15:50. Also, to improve the chances we finish on time and in respect of the time of who prepared the canvas, I propose that only who finish the canvas attend to the meeting.
