All maps Invisible

My map is totally blank with tileserver-php. If I go into fullscreen and enable the background osm layer, it is clear that I am in the right area, so at least the file is being recognized. I can view the same mbtiles file with https://github.com/systemed/tilemaker, so I know it is in the correct format and not corrupted or something. There are only roads in this file, and nothing else. This is the legend:

So it is missing roads entirely.

As a test, I took Luxembourg from here:
http://osmlab.github.io/osm-qa-tiles/country.html

and it is also invisible, with a single feature legend for osm:

I also took this lowres satellite mbtiles:
https://data.maptiler.com/downloads/tileset/satellite-lowres/

and the map is still blank, but a very dark blue, with no legend.

@RyanDeRose-TomTom thanks. But if i understand, the tileserver-gl cant provide as vector tiles.

I found the problem for my setup. I used a self configured docker file and the configuration file for the apache2 was the problem.

I solved the problem with a fix in the url:

URL without fix: http://localhost:8080/brandenburg/

URL with fix: http://localhost:8080/site#brandenburg/mapboxgl
