Drop returning translated messages in responses payload #60
Description
Depends on mapascoletivos/webapp#40.
There is a lot responses returning translated messages, it will be a big effort to refactor everything. For the moment, any code change in controllers should avoid including new i18n strings and/or drop i18n usage, if possible.
