Rollup merge of rust-lang#149317 - bjorn3:has_ffi_unwind_calls_inline_asm, r=petrochenkov
Handle inline asm in has_ffi_unwind_calls This is required for the soundness of `options(may_unwind)`. Extracted from rust-lang#149141.
