Add reference in settings page to Mailchimp.com block documentation #185

The settings page should include a small, unobtrusive reference in the upper right section of the page that points users to Mailchimp’s official documentation on adding signup forms in WordPress. This would help users quickly locate instructions for using the Mailchimp block without having to search externally.
The reference should include a “Read more here” link pointing to: https://mailchimp.com/help/ways-to-add-a-signup-form-in-wordpress/
This enhancement improves discoverability of official Mailchimp documentation for users who are new to the plugin or block editor. It provides in-context guidance without requiring users to leave the settings page to search for information.
