[User Sync] Add support for adding tags to contacts created via user sync. #160

User sync functionality was introduced in PR #156. This issue has been created to add a tags option in the user sync settings and apply the specified tags to contacts that are created or updated via user sync.
This feature will help identify contacts added or updated through user sync, distinguishing them from those subscribed directly via the subscription form or other methods.
