Mailchimp provides Google reCAPTCHA support in hosted forms. However, we are rendering the form using the API. The Mailchimp API does not yet support reCAPTCHA. This issue is opened to investigate adding reCAPTCHA to the subscribe form, either through the Mailchimp API (if support is added) or by integrating reCAPTCHA directly.
