Update to node:20 before it's end-of-life on October 30, 2025 #82

Greetings! Awesome extension; it's really helped us engage with our users.
I was recently looking at the logs of one of the cloud functions and found that the node runtime is still node:18. GCP functions is removing support for node:18 on October 30, 2025.
Is there a plan / eta on when node:20 will be supported?
