Insufficient protection for data uploaded to Leaphub.

The data uploaded to leaphub is not read-only and can easily be moved/deleted by other parties that have access to the storage buckets. The current storage bucket we are using to upload the data is 'leap-persistent/m2lines-data-gallery/'. Read more here.
