Handle time / space conflicts gracefully #11
Description
In order to avoid typing all my session details then having to do it again
As an Open Space facilitator
I want to be assigned a different slot if I click in one that's already been taken server-side.
For instance:
Peter creates a session at 2:30 in the pink room.
Janet tries to create a session at 2:30 in the pink room.
Janet gets the editor, with a message saying that her session has been moved to the black room.
Should try to keep the same time slot if possible, and move to a different time if it isn't.
If all sessions and times are filled, should give an error message.
We might want to get people to eg: log in or put their name in a box, so that we can tell who's got a session slot "locked". Will work out how to "unlock" if it becomes an issue (but probably this can just be done by deleting a file, running a DB query or something).
