[22149] Removed checkbox "Enable Background Execution"

This patch removes the "Enable Background Execution" checkbox from
the iOS settings, as this button was setting the "UIExitsOnSuspend"
key in the plist, and apps that have this key in their plist are no
longer accepted in the AppStore.
