Current Behavior

Upgrade to 5.1.0+ version and get stuck in the startup process

Environment

I added CPU as I did see some previous issues noting that it may be related but this is a newer CPU then the ones listed. So just checking if this issue is related or different.

- OS: Unraid
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
- How docker service was installed: Native Docker install on Unraid
