BOOM POST needs to use ecoregion masks for MCPA #37
Description
Since we removed a lot of the defaults from the server side processing, we need a mechanism for using ecoregion masks for SDMs to be used with MCPA. This should eventually be a toggle or something more, but for now, default to use these masks if performing MCPA, otherwise the outputs are pretty meaningless.
