Open Tree service wrapper should return tree with accepted names as tip labels

The open tree induced subtree service returns a tree with open tree ids as the tip labels. We have the corresponding accepted taxon names though, so we should replace those labels so that the tree can be used directly by the rest of Lifemapper. Keep the open tree ids and gbif accepted taxon ids as annotations for the tree.
