clarify localization lab repo

i have guessed it is the one that is more translated but it would be good to confirm.

then the next step would be to implement the translated content on the website.

I am the person help to translate the T Chinese version on the site of transifex. Somehow I found the script/ strings seem different from the live website ( https://level-up.cc ). Anyway I am still happy to help if need. :)

I managed to built a copycat Chinese website ( https://levelup.twngo.xyz) base on the translation I have done on transifex. Then I realized that the strings on the translation platforms are just small portion of whole project :"(

Nevertheless, I will try to finish all sections except the curriculum by the end of this year. The progress and repo of Chinese localization may be found at : https://github.com/twngo/levelup

@jxtsai that is a heroic effort! it would be really good for the main website to be able to switch between languages with content. I have created #162 to make clear this need and track it.

In the interest of making this minimally "live" - @jxtsai ; could you merge this back to the levelupcc/level-up repository as a branch (called zh maybe?). I think I can then try and use the new deployment method to create a zh.level-up.cc site ? Full language switching will have to wait for more substantial web development support than I can provide.
