Reorganize User Documentation #192
Description
Summary
The user documentation is growing fast and is currently in one big markdown file.
This file should be split up into separate files and the Sphinx build should be reconfigured accordingly. Make sure all the headings look nice in the built documentation and feel free to rearrange things as necessary, with linking between documents.
Developer docs can stay in a single file for now.
