Do not copy "technical" labels to Excel

The most striking example of this is the labels for the Sheet adapter (row numbers and A, B, C colums), but there are many other examples. Most adapters using "integer ranges labels" should probably qualify as technical adapters.

This will require a new concept/change in internal API.

There are probably other users than "copy to Excel" which do not want to see those labels.
