WAIT statement #60
Description
Need a WAIT so tasks can be tested. Ex, kyleoneill/pat#1 adds a logging task to my home server where a task is run every few seconds to write request logs to a database. For chimerascript to test this, a test must be able to wait after making a request for a log to be generated.
