Segmentation is pretty slow

Hi,

thanks a lot for providing SAMAPI extension for QuPath!
While the extension does work, the segmentation takes a lot of time.

I have noticed the following user warning:
UserWarning: Flash Attention is disabled as it requires a GPU with Ampere (8.0) CUDA capability.

Is there anything I can do to get Flash Attention running or is that a hardware problem for sure?

I have an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 GPU, Windows 10 OS.

The NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 GPU, with a compute capability of 7.5, is incompatible with Flash Attention, as noted in the warning message.

Please confirm if you’ve also experienced slower inference speeds in the original SAM2 example notebook:
