npm 1.0.0 version does not match the latest release

The npm [1.0.0](https://www.npmjs.com/package/koa-locale) version does not match the [0.3.0](https://github.com/koa-modules/locale/releases/tag/0.3.0) release, which contains the `getLocaleFromUrl` feature. Can the npm version be bumped or there is a reason for this?
