• https://github.com/kipoi/examples/blob/master/2-score_variants/1-load-visualize.ipynb same here, I am not sure that the line plot is the best to compare models, since the order on the x-axis has no meaning
• https://github.com/kipoi/examples/blob/master/5-appendix/choosing-right-models.ipynb in Let's load this model something is missing, at least some description

thank you for your reply: Yes I was trying to implement basenji model command to run the dataset file then I face that command error.
