Upgrade the log4jdbc dependency

The current version of the log4jdbc library does not implement the getSchema / setSchema methods. This causes an issue with the analytics plugin. See killbill/killbill-analytics-plugin#152.

Once this library is updated, we would need to update its version in oss-parent.
