As (re-)discovered in #95, the subscription CTD isn't always refreshed properly (e.g. after invoice creation).

Not sure i really understand the issue. #95 is about INVOICES group (and seems fixed), is this related to this optimization?

There are cases today where we don't update the CTD. I've found the issue in #95 (comment) (and introduced the same bug for the INVOICES group unfortunately).
