New Feature: Settings Apply

Partially apply a chunk of settings json to your claude code settings.

Enable Claude Code users manage their settings JSON in chunks, like keeping some settings stored and maintained separately.

• From github file, claco settings apply https://github.com/kaichen/dot-claude/blob/main/.claude/settings.permissions.json
• From local file claco settings apply ../dot-claude

Options:

• --scope=[user|project] to global user settings for current project.
• --overwrite to replace current settings, abort by default when duplicate settings exists.

I've successfully implemented the settings apply command for claco. The implementation includes:

• New settings apply subcommand that accepts a source file path or GitHub URL
• --scope option to target user or project settings (defaults to project)
• --overwrite option to replace existing settings (aborts by default when conflicts exist)
• Automatic conversion of GitHub URLs to raw content URLs
• Conflict detection that prevents accidental overwrites
• Atomic file operations to ensure data integrity
• Comprehensive error handling with helpful messages
