QueryDoc helm template should support pod level security contexts

❓ Problem Statement / Motivation

For everyone who uses PSA restricted, we are required to add a few security contexts to be compliant.

Most other components allows us to do it, but not for QueryDoc

Container level security contexts are configurable, but not at the pod level

💡 Proposed Solution

Edit the deployment template and values.yaml to support pod level security contexts
