Detect minSdkVersion compatibility when installing an APK #16
Description
Currently, the library allows installing an APK on an emulator/device without checking if the APK’s minSdkVersion is compatible with the system image being used. This can result in runtime installation errors or unexpected behavior if the system image runs an Android version lower than required by the APK.
