Description
This PR fixes the 404 error that happens when navigating to https://jsr.io/docs/governance by moving
docs/governance/overview.mdtodocs/governance.mdA redirect was added so links to https://jsr.io/docs/governance/overview will end up on https://jsr.io/docs/governance.
