I have created the HTML page for the steps of the multi-language pattern. I used pure HTML and Bootstrap.

Hi Adrian,

It is a very nice example of what we can do following the multilanguage readme pattern.
And I'm really happy to receive a contribution.

Let me just add one important concept of this repo (that maybe is not so clear in the documentation).

  • The goal of this repo is more about, creating and discussing about a localization specification for online documentation (aligned with markdown - most used in tools like github and gitlab).
  • Keep the repo as simple as possible, basically with data and not implementations (open to discuss about it).
  • I've already added an Issue to use the gitpage to avoid add implementation in the repo, but with the current readme, I think that it is not nice sample.

I will give you the same suggestion that I gave to @yurtpage. Maybe you can create a chrome extension the reads the repo and generate a translated page. And instead of having the implementation in this repo, we could add in the readme link of projects the relies on top of this pattern.

Let me know what you think.

Extension doesn't worth it, the GitHub should work on this. But I think this won't happen and at some moment people just migrate to other platform like Gitlab, Forgeo or even to decentralized Radicle. Those platform are open source and it's more likely to have a better i18n there.

I got your point @yurtpage, my goal was just to propose something we could do while those services are not moving.
I believe that the community brings to the table the direction. If we build something nice, that cause impact, they will try to follow. But this is a conversation for another time.

And about this PR... Considering that my goal is to keep here only data, would you mind closing it?
