[Server Bug]: Deleting a user does not work

Description

When deleting a user (not suspending), the UI seems to take the action into account, but in fact the user is not deleted, the account is still there and marked as active.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to admin menu and select "Profiles"
2. Click on the profile to remove, and at the bottom in "danger zone" click on delete account
3. Type DELETE in the pop-up window as requested and click on "delete account" button
4. The popup window closes, no error is produced, but the profile is still there and active

No error is produced in the laravel.log nor the systemd unit.
