[Enhancement]: Web UI allow to reply to a reply on a comment

Description

Right now if someone does comment on a Loops video I cannot reply on that comment. I think this should be something you can do as it would allow to correctly discuss something.

So let's say there are two Person (A and B)

A is writing a comment

B is replying to that comment written by A

A now want's to react to the comment B made, but he is not able to do so as there is no button

I'm not sure if this is only a thing for the web UI cause I do not use the mobile app

Allow more in depth discussion below a video.
