[JENKINS-73085] Git Parameter does not work with BitBucket Server Integration plugin

I have a Multibranch Pipeline job that uses Atlassian Bitbucket Server Integration as the pipeline SCM definition.  I want to have a gitParameter build argument, however the plugins don't interact together.

 

The Multibranch Pipeline is configured as follows 

 

And I configured a parameterized build argument 

when building the job, the following is observed
