Add tests

Integration tests:

• Test dbus interaction with python-dbusmock.
• Test X source with Xvfb (unmerged Add helpers for application testing martinpitt/python-dbusmock#44 adds X11 test helpers).

Unit tests:

• Test loading configuration.
• Test loading & running hooks.
• Test running timelines.
