Implement Project View

This would be an overview of any given project as a whole.

It would provide an overview of the sections

It would have some metadata, for example the Song Title

I imagine there are some other fundamental visual features it should have in order to be a basic overview of a given track.

First we need to decide concretely what it should have, I'll create a view for it, and from there we can flesh it out, add features, make it data-driven, and iterate on it, that kind of thing.
