Feature Request: Make it possible to download a file

We plan to have first-class support for audio files (meaning you can "use" the files in the app). For other files like DAW project files, users will want to be able to download them. I think we can put a "Download" link on them in a dot menu on the file square.

We can use the download icon from Semantic UI, and put it into the file square's dot menu
