Support Windows x86

On current release page there's "james-setup-2.1.2.exe"
This file only apply to x64 Windows system but not able to install on x86 Windows system.

Any plan to provide this binary or compile guide?

Hmm, interesting. Looks like electron-builder has 32bit support.
