mynotes can't be installed on ubuntu 22.04 - ppa not working

Installing the ppa specified on GitHub produces an error:
E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/j-4321-i/ppa/ubuntu jammy Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
