Request for Contribution Guidelines and Code of Conduct

Hi Folks, 

I hope you are doing well! I found this project fascinating and would like to contribute. I was looking for Contribution Guidelines and Code of Conduct documents but couldn't find any. 

I am open to take the issues for bug fixing and enhancements. 

Let me know if I can start contributing.
