Constructing a method to select climate or other data based on data sets from iDigBio (or the reverse) and building merged datasets for modeling or other uses.

I'm really interested in helping out with this project. I have a working code base that could encompass the whole United States and maybe the world. Maybe could add the weather underground api for more current collections. I would really like to write some smoothing algorithms and move away from dry adiabatic lapse towards wet adiabatic. The math bits are challenging for me after this point. Or just making code base more user friendly.
