Hi,
I have been enjoying using the IPS to explore data. Thanks so much for creating such an useful tool. In my work, I only have specific genes (only genes related to MHC and checkpoints) that I would like to delve into. I am wondering if there are any possibility to modify the script such that it only detect the specific MHC and checkpoint genes that I am interested in. Any advise will be much appreciated. Thanks so much.
