Update Lambda Code for Exports

Update Lambda code for image exports.
Errors were occurring on an export due to some apis requiring correct referrer values in the headers. This fix will also update the code to Node v22 at the same time. It will make use of Lambda Qualifiers to point "production" to published versions of the older code as fallback.
